As I learn, I share.

I’m a Teacher. I teach high school students a variety of subjects, I’m the Wellbeing Coordinator, and I host Skateboard-Making workshops.

For the past 6 months I have also run a YouTube channel.

The Teacher Becomes The Student.

It’s premise is to embrace and model a mindset of learning. Sometimes that means sharing what I’m learning about the art and science of Teaching (I’m currently in my 4th year).

Sometimes I share stories that may resonate with humans (young and old) about how to navigate life’s challenges.

And other times I’ll share a little bit of motivation and reassurance.

It’s been 6 months of sharing a new video fortnightly. I’ve learnt so much about storytelling, cameras, video editing, and writing. And it’s having a profound effect on the way I approach my Teaching practice. I’m looking forward to what the next 6 months brings.
